OUR POLICY
All services are non-refundable.
Warranty – If there are any issues with your nails after your appointment with us, you are welcome to come back for a free fix within 7 days (for gel polish), 10 days ( for dipping powder) or 5 days ( for Full Set) of your scheduled appointment. Just give us a call and we’ll make that happen for you.
Running late ? Just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind, we’re only able to hold appointments for 10 minutes past the original scheduled appointment time.
Regular/Lacquer Polish ? – Our Salon do not carry any regular/Lacquer polish. However, if you bring your own regular polish we are willing to work with you on your regular polish. We will not responsible for any issues by the regular polish. Regular/Lacquer polish is not apply for Artificial nail or services relate to powder.
Gift Card – All the gift card are final and non-refundable.
